1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Applied Peptides are intended strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, clinical trials, or any diagnostic or therapeutic application.

By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or professional purchasing these products solely for lawful research purposes. Applied Peptides accepts no liability for any misuse of its products.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Applied Peptides. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely via Square. Applied Peptides does not store your card details. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been accepted and payment cleared.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders from the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is typically 2–5 working days within the UK. International delivery times vary by destination and are subject to local customs regulations.

Applied Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that importing research peptides is lawful in their country. Applied Peptides accepts no liability for orders seized or delayed by customs authorities.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

6. Product Quality & Testing

Applied Peptides is committed to supplying high-purity research-grade products. Where stated, products are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical. Certificates of analysis are available on request. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of any product for a particular research purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applied Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Applied Peptides and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Your data is used solely to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our service. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
